Making progress

We are making progress in all departments over here - have been doing some work inside the house and we're almost ready to paint, the people whose dog attacked Koty have now been seen with their dog muzzled (Yay!) and spring is sprouting despite a snow/rain/sleet storm yesterday. Not a happy camper yesterday with the snow, but it's already melted and it's in the 50s today, which is PROGRESS!!

There are spring sprouts in the side yard and back yard, I'm happy to report! Here are some of the goodies coming up:

The first hint of the bleeding heart bush:

Some bulbs I put in last year - tulips and I think this is where I put the frittilaria! How exciting!

Yarrow:

My first purple crocus of the year!

Jacob's Ladder coming in:
I just adore Jacob's Ladder...

Tete-a-tetes that I put in the little plots by our parking area! I totally forgot I had planted these! Bonus!
I took the picutres above on Wednesday, and today, I noticed that one of the tete-a-tetes has already started to bloom:
You have NO idea how happy that makes me to see an actual flower blooming!

Alrighty, I've gotta go and do some more wall patches so I can finish this house project...

Hope you're having a lovely weekend!

Ciao!
